推薦產品The Britax Römer i-Size Flex Base provides a safe and ergonomic recline position for your child. The Flex Base is to be connected to the Isofix anchor points of your car by using the Isofix hooks. After that, you simply need to click the infant car seat onto the base and you are ready to go. With only a flick of the wrist on the back of the infant car seat makes releasing it even simpler. The inclination of the Flex Base can be adjusted in four different levels and ensures a flatter position of the infant car seat even in case of more inclined seats in your car.

墨首位左翼總統上任彭斯、伊凡卡抵墨前使館爆炸

墨西哥首位左派總統羅培茲，1日宣誓就職，多國領袖到場祝賀，美國派副總統彭斯與第一千金參加祝賀，但在他們抵達前，墨西哥第2大城瓜達拉哈拉的美國領事館，卻遭人丟擲爆裂物攻擊，幸好沒人受傷。

國會議員：「新總統！」

在國會議員的歡呼聲中，墨西哥新任總統羅培茲，上台宣誓就職。

墨西哥總統羅培茲：「我宣誓盡全力守護墨西哥合眾國的憲政。」

65歲的羅培茲是墨西哥這70年來，第1位選出的左派總統，儘管挾著高人氣，在全國一片歡欣鼓舞的氣氛中上任，羅培茲的總統任期，卻挑戰重重，面臨國家長期貧困、貪汙腐敗與幫派暴力嚴重等問題，民眾都期待他能帶來真正的改革。

墨西哥總統羅培茲：「我再次保證不欺騙、不偷竊、不會背叛墨西哥人民！」

墨西哥新總統上任，各國領袖都來祝賀，委內瑞拉總統馬杜洛，出席羅培茲就職典禮，卻引發墨國民眾抗議，在國會高舉布條標語，不歡迎獨裁者蒞臨。而美國派出副總統彭斯與第一千金伊凡卡，到場祝賀。

美國副總統彭斯：「國土安全部長將留下來繼續與墨國新政府對話，希望能達成協議，允許美國在處理庇護申請時，難民能留在墨西哥。」

只是美國駐墨西哥瓜達拉哈拉領事館，前一晚卻遭人丟擲爆裂物攻擊，外牆炸出40公分大洞，雖然沒人受傷，但嫌犯逃逸無蹤，而且時機敏感，就在彭斯與伊凡卡抵達之前，看來墨西哥想改善暴力治安，只怕長路迢迢。

促轉會打手惹議賴揆道歉滅火

【台灣醒報記者譚有勝台北報導】針對促轉會副主委張天欽淪為選戰打手事件，主委黃煌雄12日親上火線對社會公開道歉。黃煌雄強調，張天欽的發言不代表促轉會的立場，作為獨立機關，促轉會絕對不可以、不可能，將轉型正義的工作與選舉掛勾，更不會成為操作選戰的工具，或針對任何特定個人進行議題操作。因副主委張天欽為行政院所提名，閣揆賴清德也公開道歉說，張天欽的錯誤言行不僅僅傷害促轉會的信譽，也會製造社會對立，不會被社會所接受。

促轉會副主委張天欽點名要針對台北市候選人侯友宜，引發政治風暴。張天欽12日火速向主委黃煌雄請辭獲準。黃煌雄率領促轉會專任委員葉虹靈、楊翠和彭仁郁，並三度鞠躬對社會道歉。黃煌雄強調，張天欽的發言並非促轉會正式會議內容，不代表促轉會的立場，造成社會對促轉會的工作產生疑慮、誤解與政治對立深感歉意。他允諾，對於這次事件經過，促轉會將展開調查。

黃煌雄指出，轉型正義是很艱難的工作，依《促轉條例》規定，他們應依據法律，獨立行使職權，促轉會委員應超出黨派之外，於任職期間不得參與政黨活動。作為獨立機關，促轉會絕對不可以、不可能，將轉型正義的工作與選舉掛勾，更不會成為選戰工具，甚至針對任何特定個人進行議題操作。

總統府表示，轉型正義的落實，是國家在民主鞏固、深化過程中最重要的基礎工程，更是國人所高度期待。相關工作的推動，並非針對個人，也無關政黨間的傾軋競爭，過程中獨立客觀態度的確保更是關鍵。對於媒體報導有關人員談話，若為屬實，無論公開或私下都不適當，也傷害了促轉會的公正性與中立性，我們無法認同。

行政院完全無法接受張天欽的作為。他的錯誤言行不僅僅傷害促轉會的信譽，製造社會對立，也不會為社會所接受。由於促轉會委員是都行政院提名送入立法院同意任命，他代表行政院向社會公開道歉。促轉會是獨立機關肩負調查歷史、還原真相、平反不公不義的重責大任，它的獨立公正客觀的角色不容許妥協，因此期勉促轉會要依法謹慎行事，希望社會予以支持。
