世界愛滋日葛謨: 州府新規嘉惠更多患者

1日是世界愛滋病日(World AIDS Day)，州長葛謨(Andrew Cuomo)30日宣布，紐約州正朝著2020年降低愛滋感染率的目標前進，並指出州府新規會提高未投保愛滋患者獲得醫療保障的最低收入標準，保證更多患者都能獲得充足幫助抵抗疾病。

葛謨表示，紐約州在對抗愛滋病方面取得重要成績，根據州衛生廳的數據，紐約新確診的病例數已連續第三年呈下降趨勢，2017年為2769起，比2014年下降20%。紐約市方面，2017年有2157起確診的新病例，比2016年的2279起還下降5.4%。

更值得一提的是，去年新確診病例數字在不同性別、年齡、族群群體中都在下降，雖然在不同族裔群體間的愛滋診斷率仍有較顯著差異，但從2007年起，每10萬名新診斷患者中，非洲裔數量已下降52%，西語裔則下降42%。

數據還顯示，有更多新被診斷愛滋及已經攜帶病毒一定時日的人在接受治療，其中通過藥物獲得有效控制的人數也在持續上升。而紐約州因曾注射毒品而感染愛滋的人數去年達到歷史新低，只有110人，比2014年的153人降低28%，在上世紀90年代愛滋高發時期，每年都有好幾千人因注射毒品而感染。

為了提高愛滋病患者接受治療的數量，紐約州衛生廳還更新了收入標準，讓收入達到聯邦貧困線500%的患者也能參加未投保醫療項目，具體信息可查詢https://www.health.ny.gov/diseases/aids/general/resources/adap/。

紐約州衛生廳在過去四年獲得超過2000萬元資金來提供愛滋預防、篩檢、普及和治療服務，接下來衛生廳會大力推廣抗逆轉錄病毒(anti-retroviral)藥物，幫助更多新患者及時治療。

登革熱疫情／體溫高、有體味… 易招蚊子

登革熱疫情發燒，專家提醒，防止被蚊子叮咬、清除孳生源是防疫王道，萬一體內已有某一型登革熱抗體，再被感染另一型登革熱病毒，就有發生出血性登革熱的風險，嚴重時會致命。

台中、彰化登革熱病媒為白線斑蚊，常在上午9點到下午5點左右出沒。彰化縣衛生局長葉彥伯說，本土登革熱有4型，感染登革熱後確實能產生抗體，但只對同一型的登革熱免疫，仍有可能感染其他型的登革熱，重複感染是更有風險，不能掉以輕心。

葉彥伯說，第一次感染登革熱通常不會有出血現象，重複感染時就很容易出現出血型，尤其是小孩感染出血型登革熱的致命率高。醫師也說，根據臨床經驗，第一次感染登革熱病毒的患者對同型病毒會終身免疫，若再感染不同型的登革熱病毒時，可能發生出血性登革熱，多在第一次感染後3個月到5年內發生。

明道大學精緻農業系助理教授呂曉鈴指出，高濃度的二氧化碳、體溫高以及皮膚異味等會吸引蚊子，人的氣味可能來自葡萄糖、脂肪或蛋白質代謝物，主要是汗水夾雜其中的異味吸引蚊子，因此民眾運動完或易出汗較容易吸引蚊子，但蚊子不挑膚色、血型，至於體質「酸」的定義並不明確，無法斷定是否吸引蚊子。
